Facilities

We have both Diecasting & Plastic Moulding facilities in the UK and China giving us a total package to a world wide customer base.

Exports

We export to areas that include Europe, the Far East and America.

Zinc Diecasting Materials

Pressure zinc castings processed in various grades of zinc to include ZL2 / ZL3 / ZL5/ZL8.

Plastic Injection Moulding Materials

Plastic injection mouldings in a wide variety of material specifications.

Over Casting and Over Moulding

Over moulding/casting and insert moulding are experiences within both departments.

Machining and Assembly Facilities

CNC Machining, Wire Eroding, Rotary Tapping, Pneumatic Bench Pressing and Prototypes are all part of the service.

On Site Tool Maintenance

Tooling is maintained within our fully equipped tool room, complete with historic tool maintenance records.

Transport

Our own transport is linked with sub-contractors for scheduled delivery service.

Sub-Finishing

Vibratory, Cryogenic, Shot Blasting and Washing are all processes offered for die cast components to achieve the ultimate clean finish, prior to completion.

Finishes

A variety of finishes are available which include metal plated and powder coated, together with cosmetic chrome and gold PVD plating, all of which is supported by our BSI sub contractors.
