For Eurogroove systems, the Stallion reverse espag can be fitted in seconds and once in place, a unique localised reverse action allows the cams to locate from both directions into a central keep to give a very secure locking action. Manufactured predominantly from stainless steel to offer the highest corrosion resistance and strength.

TESTING AND ACCREDITATION

UKAS laboratory tested to BS EN 1670 and has exceeded grade 4 classification for ultimate corrosion resistance.

Tested in-house to the equivalent of BS7950 across a comprehensive range of window
systems.

PRODUCT MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

Zinc die cast components - ZL2 with zinc passivate finish (some gearbox components only).
Stainless steel parts are - 430 S17 stainless steel (most components).
Gearbox reverse gears - carbon steel 70 (CS70).
Plastic parts - Nylon 66.
